Warranty/Return Policy

JDTravco guarantees all merchandise 30 days from date of your invoice.

Manufacturers may have extended warranties.  Call for details.

Returns must be sent freight prepaid and will be shipped back prepaid.

No returns sent COD will be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number via e-mail or phone before returning merchandise.

Defective products returned missing accessories or original packaging will be repaired and returned as received.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective merchandise returned.

There will be a replacement charge for each missing part or component not included with return.
